Mr Ashok is retired seasoned banker with 35 years of banking history in District Agricultural and Rural Development Bank, Indore which is the Rural and Agri Bank of India. He has worked in various branches and district head offices of District Agricultural and Rural Development Bank. He has expert experience in handling long term financing in agricultural development. He has also handled financing and banking related allied activities related to agriculture including poultries, piggeries, dairies, agricultural equipment and various agri-products He mentors the company with his expertise in the agri sector banking relations of the company and steering the company towards its path of progress.

Mr. Vivek Pathak

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Mr. Vivek Pathak is the Managing Director of Athena Tradewinds Pvt. Ltd. He has completed his MBA in International Business and has been a focused and experienced commodity trader for more than 20 years. He is the ex-Director of Delta Wilmar Limited and is highly skilled in Business Planning, Business Strategy, and Commodity Trading of agri-products including edible oils, oilseeds, pulses, grains, and various other agri-commodities. He has worked with major agri-commodity trading companies such as Ruchi Soya Industries (Indore, India), And Agro Foods Ltd. (Mumbai, India), Adani Wilmar Ltd. (Ahmedabad, India), Delta Wilmar Limited (Odessa, Ukraine), and Wilmar International Ltd. (Singapore). All these companies are leading agri-business organizations and market leaders in various segments of agri-commodities. He has hands-on experience in managing and running commercial plants for sunoil, soybean oil, CPO, CP Olein, rice bran oil, and groundnut oil, as well as hedging import risks at various futures exchanges. He has been actively involved in trading pulses including Green Peas, Yellow Peas, Kabuli Chickpeas, Dun Peas from Australia, Canada, and the US, and Toor, Moong Beans, Black Matpe, etc., from China and Myanmar. He has also contributed to establishing operations in CIS countries and Europe. He holds 6 years of expatriate experience in Ukraine, where he managed a complete manufacturing unit and set up a strong sales and distribution network across various CIS and European countries. He has been responsible for refining and trading edible oils—especially sunflower oil, rapeseed oil, and palm oil (in both bulk and packaged forms)—along with grains, peas, and other oilseeds. Vivek Pathak has played a key role in setting up trading and manufacturing operations across CIS countries and Europe.

Mrs Payal holds a Master's degree in International Business with a demonstrated history of working in the Agri Trading business for the past 20 years. She has experience in managing commodity trading business, especially Edible Oil, Meal, and Pulses, with expertise in Business Finance, Working Capital Limits, Projections, Budget, Financial Analysis, Letter of Credits, and International LC Financing. She also holds experience in Business Planning, Entrepreneurship, and New Business Development, apart from handling complete Corporate Law compliances, Secretarial and Legal Functions. She holds expertise in responding to compliance matters and analyzing fast-changing regulations with strong professional experience in handling corporate affairs. She provides complete management and finance support for the business development strategies of the company. She has earlier independently handled her IT company to manage software development and content creation for various clients across the globe.
